After 30 years of unparalleled environmental planning services, FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS), a leader in global sustainability solutions, is formally re-entering the LA market with the opening of its new office in West Los Angeles, located at 11755 Wilshire Blvd., in Suite 1660. The new location will allow FCS to better serve our existing LA clients, in addition to helping organizations, private companies and governmental institutions of all sorts to responsibly grow, operate, and navigate environmental and regulatory processes and advance their sustainability performance.
By combining our global experience with our local awareness and responsiveness, FCS is able to respond quickly to new requirements, regulations and initiatives, while successfully helping surrounding organizations who want to responsibly grow and operate. The city of LA is one of the most significant economic engines within the United States, and FCS has been dedicated to providing a sustainable environment for both its residents and businesses.

Community Efforts

Most recently, our team was selected to prepare the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and a whole host of other studies for the groundbreaking and transformative Hollywood Central Park (HCP) project. Supporting one of the most dense and green space-starved neighborhoods in LA, HCP is a planned 44-acre street-level urban park built over a one-mile stretch of the Hollywood Freeway (US 101). The project solidifies our commitment to bringing neighborhoods together sustainably. With the assistance of FCS, Hollywood will become a worldwide model for cities looking to create new green space in dense urban environments.
