Alicia has 14 years of experience working in corporate sustainability. She works with multinational companies to evaluate and improve their ESG performance on their supply chains, reporting indices, CSR reports and corporate strategy.

Adrienne specializes in CSR reporting and ESG consulting services, supporting clients in reporting on ESG efforts in alignment with global reporting frameworks and sustainability indices. Since 2018, Adrienne has assisted companies in maximizing performance in CDP, data management, and developing comprehensive CSR reports.

Hikari Watanabe
Hikari is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Rausser College of Natural Resources with a BS in Molecular Environmental Biology and a focus on Environment and Human Health. As an ESG Project Associate on the CSR Reporting Technical Team, Hikari supports companies in English and Japanese on ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting.

Joining ADEC as a Sustainability Manager for the Manila Team, Erick has over five years of experience in Sustainability Reporting and Corporate Planning in the retail sector. He’s also worked in Investor Relations with a focus on ESG stakeholder engagement and in various organizations advocating for sustainable development.

MM joins the ADEC team as a Sustainability Analyst, coming from a background in marine conservation and grants management. With her keen interest on sustainability issues and climate solutions, she completed her masters degree in Environmental Science and Ecosystem Management.

Sophia Tuason
Sophia has a background in mechanical engineering and has worked on projects related to energy efficiency and savings calculations from renewable energy. She was also a junior ESG data analyst, working primarily on environmental data collection. As a Sustainability Analyst at ADEC, Sophia is committed to providing support for companies in communicating their sustainability efforts and strategies to key stakeholders.

She aims to bring her knowledge in sustainable business, marine conservation, ecosystem management, environmental education, and development communications into the corporate sustainability space to bridge gaps and to create a more connected and sustainable world where people and planet can thrive together.

Chris Lawless
With more than 20 years of GHG management, sustainability, and environmental consulting experience, Chris has developed or verified more than 500 GHG inventories and is well-versed in GHG reporting and verification protocols, standards, and regulations. Chris is an accredited Lead Verifier for the California Air Resources Board Mandatory GHG emissions reporting and compliance offset programs and is a Lead Verifier for The Climate Registry program.

Sofia graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a bachelor’s in Management Economics and has worked with intergovernmental as well as multinational agencies in implementing sustainability-related projects. She assists clients by managing GHG inventories and supporting sustainability reporting and disclosure projects, and she is especially passionate about the intersection between the economy and environmental issues.

As a Senior Sustainability Project Manager at ADEC ESG, Di manages GHG accounting and third-party verification projects. She collaborated with multinational clients to accurately measure and report GHG emissions, while also identifying effective strategies that drive business value and mitigate risks. With a master’s in environmental engineering from UC Berkeley, Di is passionate about delivering innovative, practical, and technically sound solutions to ESG challenges.
